Jeff has an extensive background that will benefit our organization. Jeff has worked in sales for ADM, Category Manager at Aldi, and most recently, Category Manager of Food at Dollar Tree. Jeff has the knowledge of what it takes to get products and concepts accepted into the market.
Jeff is a value & limited assortment, retail expert. Jeff brings valuable insights into how to create successful long term programs with retailers using both private labels and brands.
Jeff has spent the last 27 years in food retailing. Jeff held positions of buyer, category manager, and director of purchasing roles for such industry leaders as Dollar Tree, Aldi, C&S Wholesale Grocers & Winn-Dixie. In those 27 years, Jeff has managed almost every center store category as well as packaged meats and full-service Deli.
Jeff has built and managed $700M businesses but his greatest thrill is to be part of a new product launch and to be in a store and watch a customer pick up that brand new item and put it in their basket.
Outside of the office Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Toni & their two children, playing and coaching volleyball, lacrosse, hiking, and traveling (food is a universal language after all).
He has the responsibility of accounts in the East, which will allow us to get more penetration into accounts that we are responsible for on the East Coast. When asked what about the food marketing business inspires him, Jeff responded “Profitable sales, meeting people, excitement on seeing new products hit the retail shelves for the first time and delighting customers.
Jeff, his wife, and two children enjoy the outdoors and are involved in many different activities throughout the year, such as Lacrosse, Volleyball, Hiking, Biking, and Fishing. They travel as a family not only for the interest that they play but also to enjoy family time together.
